What You’ll Be Doing
You will be responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing user acquisition campaigns across performance channels, ensuring campaigns drive high-quality users with a focus on ROAS and scalability. You will identify platform trends and best practices to apply to campaigns, collaborate cross-functionally to foster product growth, brief the creative team to produce top-performing assets, monitor key metrics, and drive experimentation with marketing partners.
Your Experience
Must have:
- 3+ years of performance marketing experience in web user acquisition, preferably in high-growth environments
- Expert-level experience managing campaigns in Google Ads
- Proven track record optimizing campaigns for ROAS, CPA, and LTV
- Hands-on experience setting up and managing conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and GA4
- Strong analytical skills including advanced Excel or Google Sheets capabilities
- Experience with A/B testing frameworks and conversion rate optimization for web
- Solid understanding of web attribution models and tools like last-click vs. data-driven attribution and first-party tracking
- Proficiency with BI tools such as Looker Studio, Funnel.io, or similar platforms
- Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Google AI Studio to improve campaign efficiency and ideation
- Strong communication and project management skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- Upper-intermediate or advanced proficiency in English
- Market research and competitor analysis skills
- Experience with Facebook Ads or other paid social channels
- Experience in Health Tech, FinTech, or other regulated industries
- Familiarity with server-side tracking and privacy-compliant measurement setups such as Consent Mode and enhanced conversions
- Experience with automation tools and scripts for campaign management such as Google Ads Scripts
