The Job
The Creative Producer role in the paid UA team is a strategic position focused on crafting impactful video paid UA campaigns. This role involves transforming performance data into fresh creative concepts that engage audiences and drive results. It requires a blend of data analysis, psychology, and storytelling skills to lead and guide creative projects from concept to execution and analysis.
Responsibilities
- Develop strategic creative concepts for paid video campaigns across social platforms.
- Analyze performance data (CTR, CR, ROAS, engagement) to identify insights and opportunities.
- Write creative briefs translating insights into clear directions for designers, writers, and video editors.
- Partner with UA and growth teams to test hypotheses and scale successful campaigns.
- Review and optimize creative iterations ensuring alignment with brand and business goals.
- Spot patterns and cultural trends to inform future campaigns.
- Guide the creative process end-to-end from concept to execution and analysis.
Experience Requirements
Must-have:
- 2+ years in performance marketing, creative strategy, or growth marketing roles such as Creative Strategist, UA Manager, Growth Creative Lead, or Marketing Manager.
- A portfolio demonstrating data-driven creative concepts with measurable results.
- Deep understanding of paid social creative performance and testing methodologies.
- Strong communication skills for translating insights into compelling creative directions.
- Fluency in English and the ability to craft ideas for a global audience, especially US markets.
- Familiarity with creative production workflows (not editing tools directly).
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Google Workspace.
- Curiosity for new formats, cultural trends, and emerging AI creative tools.
- Strong results orientation.
Nice-to-have:
- Familiarity with budgeting and resource allocation for creative projects.
- Experience collaborating with creative partners like writers, motion designers, and video editors.
Success Metrics
- Growth in video creative contribution to paid UA success.
