The job
Flo is looking for an ambitious, purpose-driven, results-driven Brand Marketing Manager to join the Brand Marketing team as maternity cover on a fixed term contract of up to 11 months, with potential to stay on within the company. The role involves helping grow an iconic brand shaping the future of female health through medical credibility, knowledge, and community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan & execute integrated brand campaigns based on business priorities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, creative, product marketing, product) to build integrated channel plans.
- Apply Flo's core narratives into messaging and creative strategies across key projects & campaigns.
- Manage asset production to optimize impact and user experience.
- Manage the brand marketing & campaign calendar for the year, identifying key moments for activation based on consumer insights, behaviors, and trends.
- Own campaign budgets to maximize impact without wasting spend.
- Measure and report campaign results, feeding insights and learnings into future activities.
Your Experience
Must have:
- 5+ years of relevant brand or integrated marketing experience.
- Experience building brand/integrated campaigns for consumer apps from ideation to execution.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and changing environment.
- Experience balancing short-term tactics with longer-term strategic deliverables.
- Experience briefing and managing creative production, including internal and external agencies.
- Experience working cross-functionally across organic social, influencer, UA, product, creative, and communications, managing stakeholders, and mobilizing teams to ensure fully integrated campaigns.
- Strong understanding of cultural zeitgeist, female health and well-being brands, market dynamics, and core consumer audience, preferably with health or femtech experience.
- Experience in marketing planning, budgeting, tracking campaign performance, and optimizing for success.

Salary on offer up to A370,000
