The ASO Specialist will play a key role in driving Flo's organic growth through data-driven optimization and impactful user experiences.
Responsibilities
Drive organic growth by researching, brainstorming, analyzing, and prioritizing App Store Optimization (ASO) ideas with product and user insights and competitor analysis.
Continuously monitor, assess, and address gaps in organic growth performance, using data to inform ASO strategies.
Lead daily operational ASO efforts, including asset uploads to developer consoles and managing store listings and experiments.
Qualifications
At least 1 year of ASO experience in-house or at an agency or consultancy.
Familiarity with ASO tools such as AppTweak, Sensor Tower, Mobile Action, AppFollow, Appfigures, or similar.
Expertise in at least one ASO area like keyword research, A/B testing, visual storytelling, copywriting, or data analysis/visualization.
Collaborative team player with English proficiency.
Nice to have: Marketing experience, design tools skills (Figma, Photoshop, Canva), product management skills, knowledge of attribution models, basic AI knowledge, and health tech experience.
