The job
This unique hybrid role combines AI/Automation engineering with strategic partnership. The candidate will identify and deploy advanced AI-powered solutions to drive efficiency across the company, embedding modern AI and automation tools into daily operations for non-technical teams, ranging from foundational integrations to complex custom-engineered solutions.
The role demands practical experience in applying GenAI tools to real business problems, owning the process from pain point identification to designing, building, and delivering robust, scalable solutions.
Your Experience
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience designing, developing, and implementing production-ready GenAI and automation solutions in a business context.
- Expert-level hands-on experience with low/no-code platforms (Zapier, Make, n8n) and scripting/programming languages (Python) to build custom logic, data pipelines, and robust integrations.
- Proven experience creating LLM-backed solutions with strong prompt engineering skills and model evaluation understanding.
- Direct experience working with REST APIs and setting up necessary technical infrastructure (API keys, authentication, deployment environments).
- Experience partnering with business teams to translate pain points into technical requirements and deliver solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Background in change management or technology adoption.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or related field.

Responsibilities
- Partner with non-technical departments to identify operational pain points and automation opportunities.
- Design, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions and automations using low-code platforms, APIs, and custom code/scripting.
- Own full lifecycle of internal solutions from prototype to deployment and adoption.
- Support AI Governance and responsible AI adoption.
- Lead demos, workshops, and training to drive tool adoption.
- Evaluate new models and tech for process improvements, integrating open-source components where suitable.
- Serve as liaison between business units and technical teams.
- Advise on best-fit commercial AI models for specific use cases.
- Develop and maintain automated metrics linking technical performance to business outcomes.
