About the role

We are seeking a Manager, GTM Enablement to help the BDR team reach the next stage of its evolution by establishing, documenting, and training on “The Hello Heart Way.” You will serve as a trusted operational partner to BDR leadership and be a force multiplier for the team by documenting “what good looks like” and providing the tools and training to execute at scale. This role reports to the VP of Revenue Operations and will play a key part in Hello Heart’s next stage of growth.

Responsibilities

  • Templates & Scripts – Design best-practice content for the team to execute at scale, from proactive outreach templates to objection handling.
  • BDR Playbook Design & Ongoing Iteration – Partner with BDR leadership to design and continuously improve a playbook guiding BDR activity, from daily tasks to seasonal initiatives in coordination with Marketing.
  • BDR Campaign Development – Design plays and campaigns that structure outbound efforts for targeted personas and messaging.
  • Information Funnel – Streamline the high-volume flow of GTM plays, operational best practices, and product details into digestible formats and language.
  • Asset Management – Maintain and organize the GTM asset database in Highspot, optimizing usage and updating content.
  • Training – Conduct engaging self-service and live training and maintain a training roadmap and backlog with leadership.
  • Synthesizing GTM Insights – Monitor GTM plays (e.g., review Gong, interview internal resources) to evaluate effectiveness and package insights and recommendations for executives.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of professional experience in GTM Enablement or Operations, including leading enablement for a BDR or SDR team.
  • Expertise in BDR or SDR outbound sales with experience implementing best practices and quickly upleveling teams.
  • Background in digital health, SaaS, or health tech is strongly preferred.
  • Extensive experience designing scripts, A/B testing, and iterating based on outcomes.
  • Strong collaboration skills with experience aligning cross-functional stakeholders (Marketing, Sales, Product).
  • Familiarity with GTM tools such as Salesforce, Highspot, Gong, Salesloft, and Asana.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% annually as needed.

Compensation & Culture

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $135,000 to $145,000. Salary ranges are determined by role and level; actual compensation is determined by experience, skills, and education. Compensation listed reflects annual salary and bonus and does not include equity or benefits.
