About us
Fimo Health develops valuable digital health solutions for people living with chronic illnesses. By combining science, technology and data, we build products that help patients improve their quality of life by addressing disease-specific everyday burdens first — such as fatigue, cognitive impairments or pain.
Our product range spans from an app to data solutions and focuses on empowering patients and unlocking the potential of digital health. We are a team of about 10 talented professionals with diverse backgrounds who work remotely or from our headquarters in Cologne in an open, positive startup culture.
Tasks
We are looking for support in medical content and research tasks. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting literature searches
- Analyzing literature and preparing literature reviews
- Developing AI workflows for literature search and content creation
- Researching and creating medical‑psychological content
- Participating in various research projects
- Writing blog articles and medical posts for our website and social media
Qualifications
We expect the following from you:
- Experience with literature searches: PICO framework, knowledge of common databases (PubMed, Cochrane), and literature management tools (e.g. Zotero)
- A general interest in healthcare and a related background (medical, psychological or similar)
- Creativity and attention to detail
Ideally, you also bring:
- Experience with AI tools for literature search
- Ability to work independently and high initiative
- Good English skills for communication within our international team
- Motivation to contribute to a young company and help build something meaningful
