About us
We are Fimo Health, a young startup from Bonn developing data-driven solutions for people affected by chronic diseases. We develop digital health solutions that combine science, technology and data. We are looking for students to support their final thesis and to offer direct, topic-related insight into working life.

Tasks
We are looking for candidates to write final theses in the areas of clinical research and digital health. Possible focuses include:
- Scientific evaluation of our app: Investigate the app's effects on specific target groups in clinical or everyday contexts and prepare scientific publications based on the collected data.
- Concepts behind features: Analyse and improve the scientific concepts behind individual app features, e.g. feedback mechanisms, intervention strategies or data-driven recommendations.
- Data analysis and publication: Process and interpret real usage data from the Fimo Health app, prepare the data for publications and contribute to evidence-based research in health.

Qualifications
Your tasks (in coordination with your academic supervisor)
- Conduct a comprehensive literature review on the chosen topic.
- Develop a research design tailored to clinical studies, app effects or data-driven analyses.
- Independently carry out and analyse studies or data analyses.
- Scientifically prepare the results, e.g. for publications in journals or conferences.
- Take ethical and data protection requirements into account.
- Please include your concrete thesis proposal in your application; this should be provided up front.
Ideally you:
- are self-organised and show initiative
- have good English skills (for communication within our international team)
- want to contribute to a young company and help build something meaningful
