FamilyWell Health is transforming women’s mental health across the reproductive journey—from fertility through pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause, and menopause. We embed evidence-based, insurance-covered mental health services directly into women’s health practices and health systems to improve patient outcomes while reducing provider workload.
Services & Model
FamilyWell implements the Collaborative Care Model (CoCM), a rigorously tested integrated behavioral health framework. The company provides a virtual multidisciplinary team—care managers, certified coaches, licensed therapists, and psychiatric providers—that coordinates care directly in clinics’ EHRs and delivers personalized care plans.
Services begin rapidly (often within 24 hours) and include introductory coaching calls, comprehensive intake, therapy, medication management when appropriate, crisis intervention, and outcomes tracking. CoCM billing codes are supported by most commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid plans; FamilyWell assists clinics with billing workflows and requires no implementation fees.
Who We Serve
FamilyWell partners with OB/Gyn, family medicine, and other women’s health practices to expand access for patients facing infertility and preconception challenges, pregnancy and postpartum mood disorders, pregnancy loss and birth trauma, NICU-related needs, and perimenopause/menopause mental health concerns. Through the FamilyWell Academy, the company also trains clinicians to help address the workforce gap in women’s mental health.
