Tasks

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable, high-performance Rust applications and services.
• Collaborate with your team to deliver high-quality software.
• Ensure high code quality, test coverage, and comprehensive documentation.
• Identify and resolve performance and scalability issues.

Requirements

• You understand that communication is one of the most important skills for a developer.
• You are a team player who can learn quickly and think creatively.
• You have 5+ years experience in professional software development.
• You have 3+ years experience in Rust.
• You have 3+ years experience in automated testing.
• You have hands-on experience in API and library design.
• You are familiar with DevOps methodologies, practices, and Git.

Additional qualifications that are a plus

• Technical writing background.
• Experience with microservices and event-driven architectures.
• Experience with Rust FFI (Foreign Function Interface).
• Knowledge of the Matrix protocol.
• German language proficiency (C1 certificate).
