(Junior) Customer Success Manager (m/f/d)

You enjoy working with people, are tech-savvy and good at building trusting relationships. You present yourself in a friendly and professional manner and want to help us change medical communication? Then we are looking for you to join us as a (Junior) Customer Success Manager to strengthen our team as soon as possible.
Since our founding in 2019, Famedly has been committed to digitizing medical communication processes in a data protection-compliant way and thus revolutionizing the healthcare system. Famedly launched the first TI-certified messenger by gematik to improve communication and collaboration within the healthcare sector. Famedly enables medical teams to exchange sensitive patient information, images and other files in real time and from any location — from medication plans and lab results to X-rays. We are a dynamic, remote-first startup based in Berlin with a growing and experienced team working together every day on our vision of a healthcare system without information barriers.

Your responsibilities:

  • You are responsible for the entire journey of your customers — from onboarding through implementation to ensuring high user adoption and satisfaction.
  • You build trusting advisory relationships to continuously increase the value of our products and services.
  • You maintain and develop customer strategies, best practices and materials such as training documentation.
  • You communicate with existing and potential customers to understand their needs, strengthen customer retention, resolve issues and help them reach their goals.
  • You develop customer success metrics, analyze trends and proactively identify areas for improvement.
  • You coordinate collaboration between internal teams (sales, marketing, product) and external partners to deliver projects on time and secure customer references and case studies.
  • You communicate customer needs directly to our product team to help continuously improve our software.

What we expect from you:

  • You hold a completed bachelor's degree, ideally in business administration or a comparable field.
  • You have experience in customer support, customer acquisition or customer-oriented roles and are familiar with CRM and project management tools.
  • You are good at building trusting relationships and have a professional demeanor with excellent communication skills when dealing with customers.
  • You are organized with an analytical, proactive mindset and can identify and solve potential problems independently.
  • You present yourself in an open and friendly way with customers and can keep a cool head in time-critical situations.
  • You have very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
  • You enjoy working cross-functionally and have solid knowledge in strategic planning and project management.
Nice to have:
  • Professional experience in communications management, IT project management, marketing, sales, account management, UX design or health tech.
