About Famedly

Founded in 2019, Famedly digitises medical communication processes in a data-protection-compliant way to improve collaboration in the healthcare sector. Famedly launched the first TI-certified messenger by gematik to enable medical teams to exchange sensitive patient information, images and other files in real time from any location. We are a fast-growing, remote-first startup based in Berlin with an experienced team working together on a vision of healthcare without information barriers.

Responsibilities

As a Junior Account Executive you will join our dynamic sales team and take responsibility from day one. You will work closely with experienced colleagues, learn the full sales cycle, and develop into an independent sales professional.
  • Identify new customers (hospitals and care providers) and proactively generate outbound leads through polite cold outreach
  • Support the development of sales pitches and proposals
  • Manage the entire sales process from initial demo to contract signature
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product and Customer Success to ensure excellent customer care

Requirements

We are looking for candidates who meet most of the following:
  • 1–2 years of initial sales experience as a BDR/SDR or AE, preferably in SaaS/B2B sales, or strong interest in HealthTech
  • Experience using CRM systems (preferably HubSpot)
  • Experience selling software, ideally in the healthcare sector
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to persuade stakeholders
  • Careful and responsible handling of sensitive customer data and internal information
  • Technical understanding, independent and organised working style, solution-oriented mindset and a can-do attitude
  • Fluent German and English (business level)
A degree or vocational training in business administration or health economics is an advantage. We also welcome career changers with sales experience and practical knowledge of the healthcare system.
