Your Responsibilities:

• Organizational responsibility for information security in the company
• Further development and maintenance of all relevant certifications and attestations (ISO27001, C5, and possibly others)
• Regular risk analyses, internal audits, and controls
• Coordination of departments regarding IT security as a central management point
• Support for specific approvals within the telematics infrastructure framework (e.g., gematik requirements)
• Interface to external testing bodies and certifiers
• Documentation and proof of compliance-relevant requirements (e.g., ISO, BSI basic protection)

• Planning and controlling internal IT projects in the area of information security and data protection
• Collaboration with our technical teams – especially in the implementation of security and data protection requirements
• Management of IT implementation projects for customers
• Technical sparring in the integration of systems and interfaces (REST APIs, encryption, key management)

What You Should Bring:

• Completed studies in information security, business informatics, IT compliance or comparable is desirable
• Knowledge of ISO27001, C5 certification, data protection requirements (e.g., GDPR)
• Technical understanding, especially regarding interfaces (REST APIs), encryption procedures, IT architecture
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
• Strong communication skills – you can convey complex issues understandably
• Ownership – you take things into your own hands and are responsible from planning to implementation
• Certifications in information security, data protection, or project management are an advantage
• Very good German language skills (at least level C1) in spoken and written
• Residence in Germany or a neighboring country, as occasional presence at the Berlin office is required (e.g., to accompany internal audits)
