IT Security & Project Manager (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities:

• Organizational responsibility for information security within the company
• Development and maintenance of all relevant certifications and attestations (ISO27001, C5, and possibly others)
• Regular execution of risk analyses, internal audits, and controls
• Coordination with departments regarding IT security as a central management function
• Support with specific approvals within the telematics infrastructure (e.g., gematik requirements)
• Liaison with external auditors and certifiers
• Documentation and proof for compliance-related requirements (e.g., ISO, BSI basic protection)

• Planning and control of internal IT projects in information security and data protection
• Collaboration with technical teams, especially in implementing security and data protection requirements
• Management of IT implementation projects with customers
• Technical sparring in the integration of systems and interfaces (REST APIs, encryption, key management)

What You Should Bring:

• Completed studies in information security, business informatics, IT compliance, or a comparable field is desirable
• Knowledge of ISO27001, C5 certification, data protection requirements (e.g., GDPR)
• Technical understanding, especially of interfaces (REST APIs), encryption methods, IT architecture
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
• Communication skills – you can convey complex issues understandably
• Ownership – you take responsibility from planning to implementation
• Certifications in information security, data protection, or project management are advantageous
• Very good German language skills (at least level C1) in spoken and written form
• Residing in Germany or a neighboring country due to occasional presence required at the Berlin office (e.g., for internal audits)
