Your mission
In this key role you will sharpen product strategy together with the founders and act as the driving force at the intersection of Sales, Customer Success and Engineering.
- Strategy & Vision: You will further develop the roadmap and establish Famedly as the gold standard in clinical practice.
- Product Leadership: You will lead our product team functionally and optimize processes (Discovery & Delivery).
- Voice of the Customer: You will translate complex requirements from physicians and nursing staff into precise technical concepts.
- Prioritization: You will skilfully balance regulatory requirements (TI, GDPR), customer wishes and long-term goals.
Your profile
- Industry insider: Solid experience in the HealthTech/MedTech environment and understanding of clinical workflows and the Telematics Infrastructure (TI).
- Product leader: Several years of leadership experience in product management (B2B SaaS), combined with a hands-on mentality.
- Strong communicator: You speak the language of developers as confidently as that of our medical users.
- Languages: Business fluent German (required) and English.
