B2B Growth Marketing Manager (Demand Generation)

Role Overview

As a (Senior) Growth Marketing Manager, you will elevate marketing efforts to the next level by combining strategy and execution to influence company growth significantly, ensuring widespread adoption of Famedly among doctors and medical staff to improve communication.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns for new customer acquisition and expansion within existing clients, experimenting with growth hypotheses and optimizing current approaches across Paid Social, Email, Webinars, and organic channels.
  • Build demand generation from the ground up using tools like HubSpot, including funnel setups and reporting. Develop a clear demand generation plan with forecasts for qualified leads within the first 90 days.
  • Manage performance marketing channels (Paid Socials and Google Ads) and support organic growth initiatives such as content strategies and events.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to develop messaging, product positioning, materials, and creative content tailored to various personas.
  • Track KPIs using HubSpot and Google Analytics, derive learnings, test data-driven approaches, and report recommendations for next steps.
  • Work closely with Sales and Product for integrated campaigns in healthcare and ensure smooth handover between Sales and Marketing.
  • Manage marketing budget with a focus on maximizing impact per invested euro.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing with a focus on lead and demand generation in B2B environments, ideally in SaaS/HealthTech or regulated markets with long sales cycles.
  • Proven track record in building, scaling, and optimizing paid channels, especially Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, with funnel management experience (MQLs, Pipeline, and Buying Personas).
  • Strong creative and copywriting skills to translate campaign messages into effective ads, hooks, and CTAs.
  • Experience with HubSpot is important.
  • Enjoy building parts of a company by developing structures and processes during growth.
  • Fluent German language skills and good English skills, as the company language is English.
