This enables medical teams (and soon teams in the public sector with your help) to exchange sensitive (patient) information, images, and other files in real-time from anywhere - from medication plans, lab values to classified matters. As a (Senior) Growth Marketing Manager, you will take our marketing to the next level. You combine strategy and execution so that your ideas have a direct impact on our growth and ensure that as many doctors and medical staff as possible use Famedly to improve communication.
Your Responsibilities:
- Campaign planning & implementation: You develop and manage multi-channel campaigns for new customer acquisition and expansion within existing customers. You test hypotheses, identify new growth channels, and optimize existing approaches, from paid social to email, webinars, and organic channels.
- Demand generation: You build our demand generation from scratch - including HubSpot, funnel setups, and reporting. Within the first 90 days, you create a clear demand gen plan with forecasts for qualified leads.
- Multichannel lead generation: You manage our performance marketing channels (paid socials + Google Ads) and support organic growth initiatives (e.g., content strategies, events, etc.).
- Messaging & content: Together with sales and product, you develop storylines, product positioning, materials, and creative content tailored to different personas.
- Analysis & optimization: Using tools like HubSpot & Google Analytics, you track our KPIs (CPL, CAC, LTV, conversion rates), derive learnings, test data-driven new approaches, and regularly report with clear recommendations for next steps.
- Cross-functional collaboration: You work closely with sales and product to develop integrated healthcare campaigns and perfect the handover between sales and marketing.
- Budget & resources: You keep an eye on the marketing budget, prioritize sensibly, and ensure every invested euro brings maximum impact.
What You Should Bring:
- 5+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing focusing on lead and demand generation in the B2B environment (ideally in SaaS/HealthTech or regulated markets with long sales cycles).
- Proven success in building, scaling, and optimizing paid channels (especially Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, other channels are a plus) and experience with funnel management (MQLs, pipeline & buying personas).
- Strong creative and copywriting skills to translate campaign messages into effective ads, hooks, and CTAs.
- Experience with HubSpot is important.
- You enjoy building a company's area, e.g., developing structures and processes while we grow.
- Your German skills are flawless, and you have good English skills, as our company language is English.
