Job Description

As a Workforce Resource Management Senior Coordinator – Recruiting/Onboarding – US Shift, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier Medical Information Contact Center (MICC) professionals to meet staffing needs. Key responsibilities include collaborating closely with MICC leadership and EVERSANA HR teams, developing staffing strategies, conducting interviews, evaluating candidates, providing market insights, maintaining stakeholder communication, supporting hiring globally, facilitating onboarding, tracking recruitment metrics, and promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Collaborate with MICC Client Manager-Team Leads, MICC Leadership, MICC Training, and EVERSANA HR teams to understand required skills and attributes for MICC roles. Partner with MICC Leadership to develop staffing strategies based on project requirements and capacity planning. Provide input to EVERSANA HR Talent Acquisition on MICC hiring recruitment and coordinate interviews. Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills and cultural fit. Evaluate resumes and application materials. Serve as trusted advisor to stakeholders on market trends, salary benchmarks, and candidate availability. Maintain regular updates on candidate pipelines, interview schedules, and feedback. Discuss operations requirements with HR recruitment team and manage concerns. Work closely with hiring teams for Medical Information and Medical Affairs positions. Support hiring for regions outside current recruiting scope. Collaborate with Training and Onboarding teams for smooth transitions. Track and analyze recruitment metrics. Prepare reports and presentations. Continuously evaluate and optimize recruitment processes. Demonstrate commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Perform all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, psychology, business administration or related field. 5 to 8 years of experience, proven MICC/Contact Center/BPO/Customer Care Center recruitment experience for global organizations. Experience leading hiring and recruiting teams in managerial capacity. Hands-on experience with recruiting software, HRIS or HRMS. Ability to work US time zone shifts from Pune office. Strong understanding of MICC roles, technologies, and terminology. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems, job boards, and recruitment tools. Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in recruitment practices.
