Reporting to the Senior Project Manager of Product & Engineering, the Solution Architect will join a team that uses cutting-edge technology to solve challenges for front-end and back-end architecture and deliver exceptional experiences. The ideal candidate has experience building products across the stack and understands web frameworks, APIs, databases, and multiple back-end languages. The role involves identifying, designing, and deploying advanced cloud-based solutions focusing on performance, compute, security, privacy, serverless, analytics, and AI/ML. The candidate will lead initiatives in platform modernization, orchestration, data warehouse optimization, regulatory compliance, and real-time streaming to meet evolving business needs.

Responsibilities include architectural design and documentation of all releases to ACTICS product and platform, co-creating product strategy and roadmap with product managers, ensuring technical accuracy and deployment, architectural compliance with regulatory frameworks (HIPAA, GDPR, HITECH, DPDP Act), providing insights into enterprise-level architecture strategy, designing scalable, secure, cost-effective cloud solutions, assessing current solutions, facilitating stakeholder sessions, conducting research and feasibility assessments, creating solution architecture documentation, understanding customer business models, working with diverse departments, enabling software solutions for platform thinking, championing low-code solutions, designing new features, ensuring application performance and uptime, and participating in all aspects of agile software development.

Requirements include 7+ years of experience in architecting and building large-scale software applications using big data, scientific computing, and AI/ML solutions; 5+ years in SaaS platform design; 5+ years as a software engineer/full-stack developer; experience in solutions architecture and low-code platforms; healthcare industry experience; extensive knowledge of MS .NET, Snowflake, Vue.js, Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, Python, R, and PostgreSQL; deep experience with healthcare data standards (FHIR, OMOP, HL7); strong background in data warehouse design and orchestration frameworks; real-time streaming experience; version control and CI/CD systems experience; understanding of web development performance issues; attention to detail; and strong communication skills.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Computer Science, or Science; Master’s degree desired. 10-12 years relevant industry experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical consulting, management consulting, hospital systems, payers, or enterprise-level data-analytical solutions.
