Job Description

Reporting to the Senior Project Manager of Product & Engineering, the Technical Support Engineer will join a team using cutting-edge technology to solve challenges for both front-end and back-end architecture and deliver exceptional client experiences. The ideal candidate is experienced in diagnosing and troubleshooting technical problems and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities include supporting software solutions with development teams and product managers, monitoring service requests and incidents via ITSM tools like ServiceNow and Jira Service Management, supporting data ingestion platforms and ETL processes, providing customer support through various channels, handling customer issues to resolution, coordinating with DevOps and engineering teams for system availability, and maintaining documentation and performance reports. The role involves participation in agile software development processes.
Requirements include at least one year of experience in software development, data engineering technical support, or quality assurance, attention to detail, ability to multitask, work independently and in teams, strong communication skills, and willingness to learn technologies like MS .NET, Snowflake, Vue.js, Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, Python, R, and PostgreSQL. Experience with SaaS platform design and web performance issues is a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or Computer Science, 1-2 years of relevant experience. Healthcare industry experience is a plus.
