As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will design, implement, and customize Salesforce solutions to meet client and internal stakeholder needs. You will use your extensive knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities and best practices to collaborate with teams to develop and deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions. Your expertise will enhance clients' Salesforce ecosystems and improve processes and innovation.

Responsibilities include: building and maintaining custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC); configuring standard Salesforce features; ensuring data integrity and migration; providing technical leadership; code reviews; testing and deployment; performance optimization; security compliance; documentation; and continuous learning.

Requirements: 5 to 7 years experience; Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field; extensive Salesforce Developer experience including Apex, Visualforce, LWC; Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I and II) preferred; knowledge of Out of the Box features like Flows, Sharing Rules, Data Loader, Lightning App builder; familiarity with Healthcare domain and Health Cloud advantage; understanding of Salesforce configuration, data modeling, security best practices; experience with Salesforce integrations via APIs; strong problem-solving skills; Agile/Scrum knowledge; excellent communication and teamwork skills; willingness to work 2 PM to 11 PM IST.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Life Sciences, or related field.
