Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Microsoft Dynamics 365 Technical Specialist to join our team. This role involves technical implementation, customization, integration, and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications, including Finance & Operations, Customer Engagement, and Power Platform solutions. The candidate should have a strong technical background, hands-on experience with D365 development, and passion for delivering high-quality business solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement customizations and integrations within Microsoft Dynamics 365 using X++, C#, Power Platform, and Azure services.
- Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Configure and customize D365 modules (Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Customer Service).
- Develop and maintain plugins, workflows, custom entities, and business process flows.
- Integrate D365 with third-party systems using APIs, Azure Logic Apps, and Data Export Services.
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and performance tuning for D365 environments.
- Participate in system upgrades, patching, and deployment activities.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, security, and data governance.
- Document technical designs, configurations, and procedures.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor degree, preferably in computer science, finance, or related field
- 5-7+ years of hands-on experience in technical development and solutioning within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
- Strong expertise in D365 data model and architecture, especially in financial modules (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Project Accounting)
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
- Familiarity with Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus)
- Proficiency in programming languages (C++, C#, Python) and understanding software development methodologies
- Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Experience as a technical business partner translating business requirements into technical solutions and optimizing D365
- Ability to work well in teams, often leading or participating in collaborative projects
Preferred:
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect or equivalent
- Experience with DevOps tools (Azure DevOps, Git)
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
Additional Information

The salary range for this position is $115,000 to $130,000 annually, based in the U.S., with compensation based on experience and qualifications.
