Job Description

Medical Information is a critical customer-facing function supporting the safe and effective use of pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, medical device, and digital therapeutic products by providing timely, scientifically balanced, evidence-based, non-promotional information in response to unsolicited requests from healthcare professionals, patients, caregivers, and payers. This position is responsible for medical content development-related client engagements, requiring medical information and content experience as well as excellent communication skills. This role is home office based (full-time position) and requires a valid work permit in the EU or UK.
Essential duties include supporting the Manager, Medical Content Development on content development-related engagements, writing medical and scientific content such as Scientific Response Documents, FAQs, Slide Sets, Abstracts, Posters, Education and Training materials, managing document reviews (medical, legal, regulatory), working with document management technology platforms, scientific data fact-checking, collaborating on strategy and execution, participating in client meetings, supporting thought leadership and publications, updating SOPs and guidance documents, mentoring, and continual quality and operational improvements. This role requires collaboration within EVERSANA teams and occasional business travel (10-15%).

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications include a Doctorate or Master of Science degree in Life Sciences or healthcare (or equivalent), at least 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry or Medical Information/Medical Communications, exceptional written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and literature search tools, experience with reference management software, strong understanding of regulatory requirements, project management skills, and ability to develop high-quality, compliant medical content independently.
Preferred qualifications include a Pharm.D., Pharm.M, Medicine degree, or PhD, experience in Medical Information, Medical Communications, Medical Writing, Medical Affairs, and ability to work across multiple therapeutic areas. Candidates should be highly fluent in English and at least one other European language at CEFR level B2 or higher. Skills in analytical thinking, project management, innovation, professionalism, and results orientation are valued.
