Job Description
At our Memphis distribution center, employees play a critical role in getting life-saving products to hospitals, clinics, and nursing homes. We operate 24 hours a day, 5 days a week because patient needs can't wait. This position supports the department Supervisor to ensure team productivity in executing fulfillment functions such as order processing, picking, packing, manifesting, and staging finished shipments per EVERSANA’s SOPs. Certification on all EVERSANA Mobile Powered Industrial Vehicles (Forklift, Cherry/Order Picker, Dock Stocker, Electric Pallet Jack, and Bendi Forklift) is required.
Essential duties include facilitating a safe operational environment, adhering to SOPs for order fulfillment and material flow, problem-solving operational issues, performing inventory checks, communicating with supervisors, and demonstrating commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. The position entails day-to-day oversight of associates, driving a performance-based culture, and recruiting and training to ensure compliance.
Job expectations cover adherence to manufacturing requirements such as cGDP and cGMP, safety compliance, meeting shift requirements, and wearing a mandated uniform. Reasonable accommodations are provided per the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications require a high school diploma or equivalent, 2+ years in fast-paced distribution or stock room environments, strong communication and math skills, ability to follow instructions, and work the required hours including overtime as needed.
Preferred qualifications include 3+ years in distribution warehouse environments with leadership experience, pharmaceutical or medical warehouse experience, forklift operation or certification, problem-solving skills, coaching experience, and bilingual English/Spanish skills as a plus. Physical demands involve standing or walking up to 80% of the shift, lifting up to 50 pounds, and performing tasks in a busy environment.
