Job Description
We are seeking candidates with 6-9 years of experience in Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE), Dashboard reporting, and Incentive Compensation (IC) analytics domain within the Data & Analytics practice. Candidates should have strong analytical skills and the ability to provide data-driven solutions to global pharma clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Work on sales force effectiveness projects such as Field force sizing, Targeting, Alignment, Call planning, Incentive Compensation, and Dashboard reporting for pharma clients
• Provide Incentive Compensation analytics support including Plan Design, Goal Setting, IC administration, and IC reporting
• Develop SQL queries based on business rules and create Tableau dashboards based on defined KPIs
• Facilitate data-enabled decision making by delivering insights and recommendations based on qualitative and quantitative analytics
• Understand business requirements, operating rules, data, and processes to communicate results effectively to clients
• Understand pharma commercial data sets like Patient claims data, Rx, SP, SD, Call activity, internal CRM data and triangulate data from multiple sources to drive commercial effectiveness
• Collaborate with onshore teams and clients for daily project activities, guide the team, delegate tasks, and take accountability for end-to-end engagement management
• Maintain process assets such as SOPs, Checklists, BRDs, Process Maps, and establish best practices
• Coach and mentor junior team members for higher responsibilities
• Demonstrate strong learning agility, analytical mindset, and flexibility to cater to client needs
Qualifications
• MBA / B Pharma / M Pharma - Life Sciences academic background
• B Tech / BE / or any other Science graduate
• 6-10 years of relevant work experience in Sales force effectiveness, IC Analytics & dashboard Reporting
• Preferred experience working with life sciences clients and sales force effectiveness
• Strong oral and written communication skills including storyboarding
• Proficient with Tableau, SQL, Excel, MS-Office (PowerPoint)
• Good business sense and attention to detail
