As a Salesforce Developer / Senior Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and customizing Salesforce solutions to meet clients' and internal stakeholders' needs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions, enhancing our clients' Salesforce ecosystems and contributing to organizational success through process improvement and innovation.

Essential duties include building and maintaining custom Salesforce applications, integrations, and extensions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components; customizing standard Salesforce features, objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules; ensuring data integrity, security, and reliability through effective data migration, transformation, and integration strategies; providing technical leadership and mentoring junior developers; adhering to Salesforce best practices in code; conducting code reviews; planning and executing testing and deployments; optimizing performance; implementing security measures; maintaining technical documentation; staying updated with Salesforce releases, and recommending innovative solutions.

Minimum qualifications: 2 to 4 years of experience, Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, experience as Salesforce Developer focusing on Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, preference for Salesforce Platform Developer I and II certifications, understanding of Salesforce features like Flows, Sharing rules, OWD, Data Loader, Lightning App builder, healthcare domain familiarity, understanding of Salesforce integrations via APIs, middleware, web services, problem-solving skills, Agile/Scrum and version control familiarity, strong communication and analytical skills, willingness to work 2 PM to 11 PM IST.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Life Sciences, or related field required.
