Job Description
This 10-week internship program starts June 2026. Interns interact with EVERSANA MANAGEMENT CONSULTING teams addressing strategic biopharmaceutical questions, receiving mentorship and gaining life sciences understanding. Interns work like Associates on project teams with responsibilities including:
- Supporting targeted secondary and primary research (interviews with key opinion leaders and payers)
- Synthesizing research insights for client recommendations
- Developing high-quality client deliverables (PowerPoint, Excel)
- Communicating clearly in verbal and written forms
- Contributing to firm capabilities and infrastructure
- Supporting a high-performance culture

Qualifications
Looking for motivated individuals enrolled full-time in MBA or PhD programs with interest in Life Science Consulting or biopharma. Must have passion and understanding of pharma/biotech industry dynamics, strong analytical, problem-solving, communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Physical and mental requirements include reaching, grasping, standing or sitting up to 90% of shift, occasional lifting up to 25 pounds, working in moderately quiet environment with interruptions and demands.
Additional Information
Compensation is $30/hour, applicable only in the U.S., includes billable hours commission. Salary determined by experience, qualifications, and geographic location with benefits described on eversana.com/careers. EVERSANA reserves rights to modify salary and benefits at any time.
