Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Our employees deliver excellent business results through their teams by:
  • Single point of contact for all HR needs in the Business
  • Partnering with Talent Acquisition to ensure quality hires in Business Units
  • Designing, implementing & administering HR programs in onboarding, compensation & benefits, performance management, employee engagement, training, career development, and retention (hire to retire)
  • Monitoring employee engagement with a hands-on approach
  • Coordinating with L&D for employee and managerial development
  • Benchmarking HR policy best practices and driving motivation and reward programs
  • Proactively identifying and solving HR issues with peer/senior consultation
  • Creating metrics to identify trends and recommend solutions
  • Partnering with global and regional HR colleagues
  • Instituting career development processes for high performers
  • Driving talent management and retention systems
  • Driving competency development within teams in partnership with business and L&D
  • Establishing and monitoring effective HR processes and systems for improvement
  • Driving employee engagement with transparency and fairness in compensation and role alignment across global offices
  • Monitoring departmental expenditure within budgets
  • Working with HR Operations on employee records, salary fitment, and incentives
  • Ensuring adherence to geographic legal compliances
  • Monitoring leaves and approvals
  • Demonstrating commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion by modeling inclusive behaviors and managing bias
  • Performing other assigned duties

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or related field
  • 3-8 years’ experience as an HRBP with strong written and verbal communication skills at all organizational levels
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in HR and business teams
  • High confidentiality and professionalism
  • Initiative and self-motivation
  • Strong research skills
  • Fluency in English
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
