This role leads the NAVLIN Market Access & Pricing Systems Implementation Services practice in an integrated delivery model. The role requires proficiency across pricing software, price and access data & analytics, and systems implementation consulting. Responsibilities include collaborating with customers, leading teams globally, driving product adaptation, project leadership, achieving financial targets, and contributing to strategic vision and innovation in price and access solutions. The person will grow and manage a market-leading global team, integrating with EVERSANA’s commercialization platform.

Key duties include customer collaboration, product adaptation, global team leadership, project and profit/loss management, project planning and delivery, senior management collaboration, and commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Responsibilities include overseeing the department, developing vision and operational knowledge, achieving goals for global initiatives, driving scalability and performance, and managing team performance and personnel actions such as appraisals and promotions.

Travel may be expected 1-2 days per week, primarily within Europe, with occasional trips to the USA or Asia. Work hours are flexible and defined by project needs.

Basic qualifications require a Bachelor’s degree and 5-10+ years of experience in price and access within a major systems implementation consulting firm. Skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and life sciences pricing software (e.g., NAVLIN, ModelN) are required. Preferred qualifications include an MBA or advanced degree, experience in both consulting and life sciences manufacturing, certifications in data analytics, and experience leading teams in business intelligence and financial systems integration.
