EVERSANA partnered with Sun Pharma for a field-based team within the Cutaneous Oncology Business Unit.
The Clinical Nurse Educator (CNE) is a licensed nurse with oncology and/or immunology expertise supporting the U.S. launch of UNLOXCYT (cosibelimab), a novel PD-L1 inhibitor for advanced cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma (cSCC).
The CNE role involves educating and supporting Infusion Center Care Teams on the use of UNLOXCYT.
Responsibilities include:
- Clinical subject matter expert on UNLOXCYT's mechanism, administration, safety, and benefits.
- Training nursing staff, pharmacists, and providers on product handling, adverse event management, and patient navigation.
- Responding to educational needs and onboarding new prescribers or care sites.
- Supporting infusion center teams on immuno-oncology principles and treatment protocols.
- Aligning with commercial teams for strategic account planning.
- Representing Sun Pharma at industry meetings.
- Using clinical insights to inform tactics and strategies.
- Engaging with patient advocacy organizations compliantly.
- Developing internal training and contributing to field education.
- Collaborating within the CNE team for territory coverage.
- Evaluating education effectiveness and adapting plans as needed.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications include:
- Active RN license and BSN degree required; advanced nursing degrees encouraged.
- Minimum 5 years clinical oncology/immunology nursing experience; infusion experience preferred.
- Experience as field-based or commercial nurse educator preferred.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, organization, and time management skills.
- Familiarity with PHRMA and Sunshine Act reporting.
- Ability to learn quickly, emotional intelligence, business acumen, and healthcare provider relationships in the territory.
- Must reside within territory and be willing to travel up to 70% with valid driver's license.
- Compliance with vendor credentialing and vaccination requirements.
