The Global Pricing & Market Access (PMA) team at Navlin is an international group combining deep expertise with real-time intelligence through Navlin’s industry-benchmark platform and advanced software tools. The team works remotely with satellite offices in London, Berlin, and Milan.

The Consultant will deliver client consultancy projects, manage project analytics and data using the Navlin platform and research. Responsibilities include research and analysis on pricing, market access strategy, competitor research, value-based pricing, HTA, and client deliverables development under the guidance of an Engagement Manager. The role is full-time, home office based, located in Italy (Remote).

Key duties include designing and executing client analyses, developing client reports and presentations, follow-up for client satisfaction, identifying strategic solutions, creating intellectual property, developing consulting and life science knowledge, delivering quality work in English, proficient PowerPoint and Excel skills, occasional management of junior resources, and working effectively remotely with daily supervision.

Minimum requirements include a B.S./B.A. in relevant fields such as life sciences or economic/managerial sciences, 2-4 years pharmaceutical, medical/health industry, or management consulting experience, understanding of life sciences business practices, strong analytic skills, market research knowledge, proficiency in MS Office, ability to analyze large data sets, meet deadlines, self-awareness, accountability, leadership ability, client credibility, and willingness to travel up to 10% annually.

Preferred qualifications include advanced degrees (MBA, MS, MPH), background in International Pricing and Market Access, analytics and modeling/forecasting skills, and over 2 years management consulting experience.
