Job Description

The Global Pricing & Market Access team at Navlin is international and dynamic, combining inhouse expertise with real-time intelligence from pricing and HTA updates to regulatory news via Navlin's industry-benchmark platform. We deliver strategic, well-informed recommendations on pricing and access for clients, empowered by advanced price-management software and launch-sequence simulation tools.
Our multicultural team across Europe embraces flexibility with remote-working supported by robust IT tools and satellite offices in London, Berlin, and Milan. The team is rapidly expanding with year-on-year growth. Our projects include launch sequencing and pricing strategies for ATMPs and orphan drugs, indication-expansion planning, LOE strategy, forecasting, and asset due diligence across Europe and global markets. We lead global efforts across Europe, APAC, and LATAM and collaborate with Eversana's internal functions in global launch execution projects to keep PMA central to launch execution of new assets.
The Consultant will deliver client consultancy projects and manage project analytics, data and tools from Navlin and research. The Consultant ensures high quality and schedule adherence in client projects and internal activities.
The Consultant leads research and analysis around pricing, market access launch strategy, competitor research, value-based pricing analyses, and HTA. They identify client needs and implement strategic data-driven solutions while managing their workload to prepare client deliverables. The Consultant also contributes to business development through proposal development under the guidance of an Engagement Manager and mainly works remotely, with access to physical offices in some cities.
This full-time position is home office based, located in the United Kingdom, Remote.
Essential duties include designing and executing analyses and deliverables, developing client reports and presentations, client follow-up, strategic problem solving, intellectual property development, consulting methodology and life science knowledge growth, quality attention, effective PowerPoint and Excel skills, occasional junior team management, and effective remote work under supervision.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications include a B.S./B.A. in life sciences, economics, managerial sciences or medical engineering. 2-4 years of pharmaceutical, medical/health industry-related or management consulting experience. Understanding of life sciences business practices, strong conceptual, analytic and problem-solving skills, strong market research skills both quantitative and qualitative, proficiency in MS Office, ability to handle large data sets for analysis, ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks, self-awareness and accountability, project leadership, client credibility, and willingness to travel up to 10% annually.
Preferred qualifications include an advanced degree (MBA, MS, MPH), background in International Pricing and Market Access, analytics, modeling/forecasting, and 2+ years management consulting experience.
