Job Description
The Central Data Management Specialist position holds direct responsibility for all Memphis administrative functions and data management activities including operations-related data entry, order analysis, product order entry and release, reception, file management, logistics clerical functions, accounts payable, 236 forms and DEA related clerical functions. Coordination with Memphis and corporate management is required.
At the Memphis distribution center, employees play a critical role in getting life-saving products out to hospitals, clinics, and nursing homes. The center operates 24 hours a day, 5 days a week due to patient needs.

Responsibilities
- Review paperwork for clarity, completeness, and accuracy
- Maximize office productivity using appropriate software
- Maintain accurate records of 222 forms and purchase orders
- Review records for completeness, accuracy, and timeliness and prepare management reports
- Coordinate administrative activities across departments and with outside vendors
- Process receipts and releases in the business system and update logs
- Create reports for receipt verification and stock checks
- Maintain adequate office supplies stock
- Process inventory adjustments
- Answer and direct client calls
- Greet guests and provide building access
Essential Functions
- Complete import/export forms for clients
- Adhere to formal standard operating procedures related to operations
- Ensure timely release of client orders
- Understand receipt, controlled substance, OS&D, and Call Tag processes
- Provide monthly inventory information
- Complete inbound and outbound DEA Forms 222
- Formulate emails to DLSS staff for communication
- Support assigned projects
- Perform tasks assigned by Supervisor or Manager
- Review paperwork for clarity, completion, and accuracy

Mandated Uniform
Khaki-colored pants, close-toed sturdy shoes, and business casual shirt; leggings or form-fitting stretch pants not permitted. After 60 days probation, employees receive an allotment for customized EVERSANA uniforms.
Qualifications
Minimum knowledge, skills, and abilities required:
- High School Diploma/GED required
- Successful pre-employment background check
- Preferred prior experience in a distribution environment
- Good verbal and written skills
- Basic math skills (calculator allowed)
- Good attendance and ability to follow instructions
