Job Description
This is a full-time role with a June 2026 start date.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as key member of project teams conducting research, quantitative & qualitative analysis to generate insights aligned with client objectives.
- Support development of client deliverables in PowerPoint and Excel, integrating analysis and presenting in a clear manner.
- Attend client meetings and present key elements as appropriate.
- Collaborate with team members to identify trends, develop insights, and transform these into actionable client recommendations.
- Interview clients' customers, competitors, suppliers as basis for strategic recommendations.
- Demonstrate commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, modeling inclusive behaviors and managing bias.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Physical/Mental Demands and Work Environment:
Employee may reach, grasp, stand or sit for long periods (up to 90% of shift), walk, talk, hear, and occasionally lift/move up to 25 pounds. Noise level is usually moderate with interruptions and multiple demands.
Some travel may be required for client meetings or off-site management.
Work hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week; overtime or weekend/evening work may be needed to meet deadlines.
Qualifications
Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Bachelor's degree (e.g., Public Health, Economics, Business, or life science related).
- Minimum 1 year professional experience, preferably in life science consulting or related field.
- Learning mindset, quick learner with passion for learning.
- Strong research & analytical skills; ability to conceptualize analysis into processes and frameworks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to multitask and deliver high-quality work under time pressure.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree (e.g., MS/PhD in Biosciences, MBA).
- At least 6 months experience in life science consultancy with project and associate/analyst responsibilities.
- Passion for and understanding of pharma and biotech industry dynamics and issues.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Strong experience in Excel models and PowerPoint.
