Job Description
Our Global Pricing & Market Access (PMA) team at Navlin is an international group combining expertise with real-time intelligence via Navlin’s industry-benchmark platform. We deliver strategic recommendations on pricing and access for clients, supported by advanced price-management software and launch-sequence simulation tools. Our multicultural team operates flexibly remote with satellite offices in London, Berlin, and Milan. The team is rapidly expanding with consistent growth.
The Associate Consultant (AC) will deliver client consultancy projects, manage project-related analytics, data, and tools via Navlin or research. The AC will ensure tasks within client projects or internal activities are delivered on schedule with quality and value. The AC will support research and lead analysis on pricing, market access launch strategy, competitor research, value-based pricing analyses, and HTA. The role involves identifying client needs and implementing strategic, data-driven solutions, managing workload, and contributing to business development under guidance of a Consultant / Senior Consultant, mainly remote but with access to company offices in some cities.
This is a full-time home office-based position located in Spain, remote.
Essential duties include supporting client analyses and deliverables, developing client reports and presentations, ensuring client satisfaction, identifying strategic project approaches, developing intellectual property, gaining consulting methodologies knowledge, applying strong written/spoken English, using PowerPoint and Excel creatively, and working effectively remotely with daily alignments.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications include B.S./B.A in relevant field (life sciences or economic/managerial sciences, medical engineering), 0-2 years pharmaceutical/health industry or management consulting experience, understanding life sciences business practices, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, quantitative and qualitative market research skills, proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, ability to analyze data and make recommendations, work under pressure and meet deadlines, self-awareness and accountability, ability to lead personal projects, establish client credibility, and travel up to 10% annually.
Preferred qualifications include advanced degree (MBA, MS, MPH), background in international pricing and market access, analytics/forecasting, and 1+ years management consulting experience.
