Job Description
The Consultant, Global Pricing and Access position’s responsibilities include delivering client consultancy projects and managing project-related analytics, data, and tools available through our industry platforms, Pricentric and PriceRight, enriching them with tailored insight and custom research. The Consultant ensures the delivery of client projects to schedule with high quality and value.
The consultant supports research and leads analysis focused on pricing, market access launch strategy, competitor research, value-based pricing analyses, HTAs, and more. They lead and facilitate client analyses, identify client needs and problems, implement data-driven solutions, and manage team workloads to complete deliverables.
The role is full-time, home office-based, ideally located in Poland, Ireland, the UK, Italy, Portugal, Germany, or Spain. Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the EU or UK.
Essential duties include supporting client analysis design and delivery, developing client reports and presentations, providing follow-up to ensure client satisfaction, leveraging business acumen for strategic project approaches, developing intellectual property, gaining consulting and pharmaceutical market knowledge, paying high attention to quality and detail, and presenting data effectively using PowerPoint and Excel.
Travel is approximately 25% (US + International). Work hours are a minimum of 40 hours per week.
Qualifications
Minimum knowledge, skills, and abilities include a B.S./B.A. in a relevant field, 0-2 years of pharmaceutical or medical/health industry experience, leadership abilities, self-awareness, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent project management, credibility with clients, understanding of pharmaceutical business practices, market research skills, proficiency in MS Office, ability to analyze large data sets and make recommendations, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, and willingness to travel 10-20%.
Preferred qualifications include advanced degrees such as MBA, MS, MPH, a background in International Pricing and Market Access, analytics and modeling/forecasting experience, and 1+ years of management consulting experience.
