About the role (What youll be doing)
The Video Editor will maximise use of owned video assets and bring to life our digital healthcare brands. You will create content for social, long-form YouTube, and TVC-quality production, repurpose raw footage, and support video delivery from start to finish.
- Work across multiple brands and projects, adapting style per brand.
- Perform post production: live-action editing, visual effects, colour grading, sound design, and basic animation.
- Create social content, longer-form YouTube content, and television-commercial quality pieces.
- Maximise and repurpose raw rushes into new edits, cutdowns, and reformats.
- Champion efficient ingesting and organised filing for raw assets and exports.
- Create engaging content using customer and patient-recorded clips.
- Work with producers to scope projects and deliver optimised assets for each channel.
- Communicate concepts via storyboards and treatment decks.
- Stay up to date with tooling and workflow processes in video editing.
About You (Who you are)
Essentials:
- A demo reel with your best work.
- 4+ years experience as a video editor.
- Thorough knowledge of After Effects, Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve.
- Colour grading and sound design skills.
- Ability to construct a strong narrative / story-edit.
- Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality results consistently.
- Solid understanding of creative best practices and trends for social media and online platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Working knowledge of workflow and folder structure best practices.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have:
- Experience with feedback tools such as Iconik or Frame.io is a bonus.
