About the role (What you'll be doing)
As a Technology Risk and Compliance Analyst in the Trust Team (IT, Infrastructure, and Cybersecurity), you will lead security and compliance initiatives to maintain a reliable digital health platform and build trust with patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage technology compliance with regulatory requirements like GDPR and cybersecurity frameworks such as CIS18 and ISO27001, including conducting gap analyses and coordinating policy implementation.
- Manage third-party risk management program by performing risk assessments on vendors and software providers and advising on data protection mitigation strategies.
- Lead security awareness programs by designing and delivering training, measuring effectiveness through phishing simulations and feedback.
- Track and communicate cybersecurity metrics through reports and dashboards to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Lead user access governance and reviews to support the principle of least privilege.
About You (Who you are)
The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years experience in technology risk management, compliance, cybersecurity, or privacy with hands-on experience implementing ISO 27001 controls, performing vendor risk assessments and delivering security awareness training. Strong analytical, problem-solving, time management, and communication skills in English are essential, along with the ability to work with stakeholders across countries and departments.
