The Fulfilment senior engineer will design, build, and maintain distributed microservices (Golang or Node.js), contribute across the stack, and influence architecture and operational reliability.

Successful candidates typically have strong backend development experience (Golang or Node.js), knowledge of distributed systems, and familiarity with cloud-native infrastructure. Comfort contributing to frontend work (React or similar), and experience with GraphQL, gRPC, Protobufs, or event-driven architectures is highly valued.

Experience with operational workflows, logistics systems, or similarly complex business processes is beneficial. This is a senior, high-autonomy role where engineers shape the platform, influence architectural direction, and define engineering practices as the organisation grows.
