About the role

What You’ll Do

• Commercial Performance Engine: Partner with brand leads to interrogate daily performance and analyse marginal return on spend across multi-channel funnels.
• Advanced Financial Architecture: Maintain and scale complex, driver-based financial models, bridging high-level P&L targets and granular operational data.
• AI-Driven Efficiency: Integrate AI and automation (LLM-assisted data cleaning, Python scripts, advanced workflows) to accelerate reporting and forecasting.
• Unit Economics Deep-Dives: Deconstruct LTV/CAC ratios, payback periods, and cohort retention to advise on capital allocation across geographies.
• Data Synthesis: Work with the Data team to ensure a robust source of truth and move from static sheets to dynamic dashboards.
• Scenario & Sensitivity Analysis: Build stress-test models for supply chain shifts, pricing elasticity, and new market entry variables.
• Operational Partnering: Act as a financial co-pilot for Marketing and Operations, translating roadmaps into headcount plans and Opex budgets.

What You’ll Bring

• 3-6 years of experience in a high-intensity analytical environment; backgrounds in investment banking or high-growth companies are valued.
• Strong FP&A and commercial finance foundation with experience in financial modelling, forecasting, and strategic analysis.
• Experience within D2C, B2C, consumer, subscription, or high-growth commercial environments is preferred.
• Strong understanding of commercial and customer metrics:
  • CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost)
  • LTV (Lifetime Value)
  • Retention and cohort analysis
  • Revenue performance and unit economics
• The "Full-Stack" Analyst: Commercial intuition and technical rigor; able to discuss brand strategy and SQL joins with equal fluency.
• Technical Mastery: Expert Excel/Google Sheets; proficiency or strong desire to learn SQL, Python, or data visualization tools (Looker/Tableau).
• AI Native: Proactive in using AI to automate workflows and synthesise large datasets.
• Precision & Speed: High attention to detail with the ability to deliver 80/20 analyses quickly when needed.
• Strong Communication: Convert data into concise executive summaries that drive action.
