Programme Delivery Lead - Contract
This role is a 4–5 month contract to run the Programme Management Office (PMO) for a major, time-bound transformation across Eucalyptus' international markets as the company becomes part of Hims & Hers. The role will partner closely with the PMO Director to keep a large, fast-moving programme on track across multiple workstreams, functions and geographies.
About Eucalyptus
We’re on a mission to make good health last a lifetime. Euc is the company behind Juniper, one of the world’s largest weight-management programmes combining GLP-1 medication with personalised nutrition, movement support, and clinician-led care.
Our published clinical research shows the combined clinical and behavioural approach helps patients lose significantly more weight during treatment. Key growth highlights include 130% YoY revenue growth, 90% reduction in cash burn, $100M+ raised, and support for over 350k patients across five markets.
About The Role
This transition to become part of Hims & Hers is a complex, time-bound programme spanning multiple major delivery workstreams in parallel across geographies, functions and brands. The Programme Delivery Lead will work directly with the PMO Director as their right hand to surface risks, unblock decisions, and ensure milestones land on time.
What You'll Do
You will partner with the PMO Director to run the programme office across multiple workstreams, functions and geographies. Key responsibilities include:
- Be a strategic problem-solver: resolve cross-workstream issues, structure decisions, run targeted analysis, and build PMO operating infrastructure (reporting, RAID logs, decision registers, status frameworks).
- Run the programme office: own the integrated roadmap, milestones and dependencies; drive programme cadence (steering committees, stand-ups, executive updates); track critical paths, surface risks and drive resolution.
- Manage stakeholders and workstreams: act as day-to-day contact for workstream leads and function heads; translate strategic decisions into clear actions, owners and deadlines; prepare materials for executive reviews and external stakeholders.
About You
Experience and background we’re looking for:
- 3–4+ years of experience with a strong foundation in top-tier management consulting (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG), ideally on integration, transformation or implementation programmes.
- Direct-to-consumer experience—either in consulting (DTC clients) or in-house at a consumer business—with exposure to consumer websites, brand, digital product or design processes.
- Exceptional programme management skills: ability to hold complex multi-workstream plans, identify critical paths, and drive disciplined execution against tight deadlines.
- Strong structured thinking and communication: break down ambiguous cross-functional problems and communicate clearly to senior stakeholders.
- Stakeholder management at all levels, high agency and low ego, and comfort with ambiguity and pace.
Bonus points for experience in M&A/post-merger integration, healthcare or regulated industries, international programme experience, or prior scale-up/high-growth tech company experience.
Why join Eucalyptus?
