The Senior Operations Associate reports to the Operations Lead and will be responsible for supply chain reporting, carrier relationship management, and leading projects to improve operations.
Key responsibilities include:

- Manage courier relationships, including addressing performance issues, escalations, evaluating alternative courier options, and running trials.
- Drive cost improvements across logistics and fulfilment, tracking savings and impact on cost per order.
- Enhance the delivery experience by improving delivery speed, reliability, flexibility and convenience for patients.
- Work with the Operations Lead on step-change projects to scale the national network: packaging strategy, capacity scaling, cost optimisation, and peak-period planning.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Patient Experience, Finance, Medical Support and other teams to deliver scalable logistics changes.
About you (Who you are)
- 3–4 years’ experience in supply chain, operations, consulting, strategy or in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Exceptional analytics and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building with internal stakeholders, carriers and suppliers.
- Strong organisation and decision-making skills, with experience running end-to-end projects.
- Resilience, initiative, and ability to drive outcomes in a fast-changing environment.
- Ability to work openly, challenge respectfully, share insights, and own your mistakes.
- Passion for changing healthcare to improve patient lives.
