About the role (What you’ll be doing)
Eucalyptus believes providing multidisciplinary clinical support throughout patient treatment is critical to its mission. The Medical Support Associate will work alongside doctors, nurses and pharmacists to triage, assess and support patients mainly via email. Responsibilities include evaluating patient medical issues, timely response, maintaining patient safety, monitoring patient progress for treatment adherence, supporting medical initiatives like patient outreach, GP letters, pharmacy communications, and conducting regular patient reviews under guidance. The associate is also expected to share patient feedback and insights.
About you (Who you are)
Must be a Doctor of Medicine, Registered Pharmacist, or Registered Nurse with 2+ years post-registration healthcare experience. Should have excellent written communication skills for clear and patient-friendly email communication. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, detail-oriented, task-focused, and adaptable to workload changes. Bonus points for triage experience in clinics or emergency settings, tele-health work, and passion for weight loss, skincare, sexual health, or fertility.
