About the role (What you’ll be doing)
We’re hiring a senior Lead Conversion Copywriter to join the Product Growth team for Juniper Australia. This role owns conversion-focused writing across the patient funnel to raise the bar for conversion and lifecycle messaging, and to build trust across every patient touchpoint.
- Own conversion copy across key patient touchpoints: landing pages, purchase pages, onboarding, emails, in-app content, program pamphlets, and retention communications.
- Translate complex health topics into hyper-clear messaging that builds trust and drives action.
- Spot and fill gaps in persuasive arguments by sourcing testimonials, research statistics, and expert quotes.
- Synthesise real patient insights from interviews, reviews, and research to shape patient-first messaging.
- A/B test your work and optimise copy using data and best-practice techniques.
- Ensure consistency in tone, narrative, and brand messaging across channels and formats.
- Partner closely with design, lifecycle, product, and growth teams to share responsibility for copy performance.
- Apply AI deliberately to increase efficiency without compromising writing quality or compliance.
About you (Who you are)
We’re looking for an experienced, persuasive writer with a strong sense of ownership and a background in conversion-focused copy for D2C brands. You should be comfortable writing across the full customer journey, testing and iterating with data, and collaborating across functions.
- Extensive experience writing conversion-focused copy with an instinct for messaging that converts.
- Experience across the customer journey and specific experience with landing page optimisation, email marketing, and UX writing preferred.
- Skilled with A/B testing, data-driven iteration, and turning results into learning opportunities.
- Empathetic, clear writer who balances persuasion with clarity.
- Strong ownership, curiosity, and the ability to prioritise in ambiguous situations.
Nice-to-haves:
- Experience mentoring junior writers and improving writing quality across teams.
- Process improvement experience and familiarity with AI writing tools to scale great copy.
- Experience in a regulated space (health, fintech, insurance) with an understanding of balancing compliance and compelling messaging.
