Why this role exists
International expansion is a top priority following the acquisition by Hims & Hers. The international expansion team owns everything from evaluating whether to enter a market, to launching and scaling within it. The team moves fast, operates with high autonomy, and is accountable to outcomes.
Work in three phases: select new markets, launch new markets, and scale launched markets. Depending on business needs, you may own one or more of these phases and will move across them as the team grows.
What You’ll Be Doing (why this role is interesting)
If you're selecting new markets: own full due diligence including competitive landscape, regulatory environment, commercial sizing, pharmacy infrastructure, and pharma partnership opportunities. Meet local experts and produce an investment thesis for go/no-go decisions.
If you're launching a new market: be the end-to-end owner of a market launch — hire locally, sign first pharmacy partner, manage cross-functional workstreams, and execute to a world-class standard to reach first patient.
If you're scaling a launched market: own the P&L, run experiments to improve funnel performance, hire and develop local talent, hold teams accountable to OKRs, and identify opportunities to win in market.
About You (Who We’re Looking For)

- Business understanding & due diligence: quickly grasp what makes a market successful for Eucalyptus and produce a clear, structured point of view on go/no-go decisions.
- Due diligence: research a new market independently and produce a clear, structured answer.
- Negotiation: experience in commercial conversations with partners, suppliers, or pharma companies.
- Project management: run complex cross-functional workstreams with real accountability.
- Communication: write tight investment theses and clear slide decks.
- Founder mindset: operate like a founder with resilience and ownership.
- Data & SQL (Nice to have): comfortable writing SQL queries, building dashboards, and stress-testing assumptions.
