Junior Launcher, UK
We’re making good health last a lifetime. Eucalyptus is the company behind “Juniper”, a large weight management program combining GLP-1 medication with tailored nutrition and exercise, supported by a multidisciplinary care team. Our combined approach means patients are more likely to lose significant weight during treatment. We are scaling rapidly across markets and building the world’s largest international digital healthcare company.
About the role (What you’ll be doing)
In a nutshell: You will take end-to-end ownership of launching new products, capabilities and markets. You will business-case, scope, project-manage and deliver major initiatives, working cross-functionally with technology, product, operations, growth and creative teams. These roles offer autonomy, training and the chance to become a future business leader.
Key responsibilities:
- Deeply understand the problems you are solving and leverage internal experts.
- Tailor the patient experience to the context you are working on (for example localising to a new market).
- Track and report performance metrics and implement strategies to drive progress or determine when to stop investing.
- Execute hands-on tasks (emails, partner sourcing, patient experience) and scale by hiring/managing cross-functional resources.
- Drive focus, accountability and motivation through rituals, reporting and stakeholder updates.
Collaboration: This role reports to the VP of International and will work closely with senior launchers, growth and country managers. Roles are hiring for London only.

- Creative problem-solver, detail oriented, organised and an expert systems thinker able to break down big goals into workstreams.
- Accountable to the numbers—financially and operationally literate with strong metric-driven thinking.
- Clear communicator who can synthesise complex concepts into insights and narratives.
- Executional powerhouse who can deliver results quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Behaviours & attitudes
- Acts like an owner and servant leader, motivated by impact and helping others.
