We are hiring a hands-on Head of Operations (f/m/d) to lead and scale our operational footprint across Germany. This is an execution-first leadership role working closely with the General Manager to own systems, processes and teams that enable safe, high-quality growth.

About the role (What you'll be doing)
This role is the operational right-hand to the General Manager for Germany. You will own and drive critical operational pillars across the German business and design operational systems that scale without compromising quality, safety or care.
You will lead a team of direct reports and oversee an organisation of 20+ people across operational functions including patient operations, clinical operations and supply chain/fulfilment.
Key responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end patient operations performance to ensure a seamless experience across support, medical and coaching touchpoints
- Oversee clinical operations to scale quality and safety while managing headcount and capacity
- Own supply chain and fulfilment performance to ensure timely and accurate prescription dispensing and delivery
- Deliver against core operational SLAs and KPIs with clear reporting and stakeholder communication
- Design and evolve a high-performing operations organisation and operating rhythms
About you (Who you are)
Skills and experience:
- 7–12 years experience in high-growth operational environments (e.g. marketplace, logistics, D2C, healthtech)
- Proven track record of directly owning and moving a core KPI
- Experience scaling operations through step-changes (e.g. 2x business growth from a strong run-rate)
- Hands-on operator, comfortable moving from problem to execution and working in the details
- Experience leading teams of ~5–30 people or equivalent senior IC ownership
- Highly data-driven and able to prioritise based on signal, not noise
- Fluent in German and English
