About the role (what you'll be doing)
This is a hands-on execution role across paid media, email, SEO, content, affiliates, and partnerships. You will work across channels as priorities shift, learn quickly, and build multi-channel instincts. The channel strategy is set by senior leadership; you will own execution, identify issues, and drive fixes.
You will work directly with senior growth marketers and cross-functional partners in product and analytics. Responsibilities include writing creative briefs informed by data and patient insights, running A/B tests, managing campaign assets, and maintaining affiliate and influencer relationships.
- Execute paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and emerging platforms: build audiences, manage creative testing, and optimise to acquisition and efficiency targets.
- Operate email campaigns end to end in CustomerIO: build flows, set triggers, define audiences, and iterate based on performance data.
- Support SEO content creation and optimisation to grow organic patient acquisition across the UK and international markets.
- Write and manage creative briefs informed by campaign data, patient research, and market trends, working closely with the creative team.
- Run A/B tests across channels with clear hypotheses, track learnings, and feed them into future decisions.
- Manage affiliate and influencer partnerships day to day, with growing ownership over the channel.
- Analyse campaign performance across channels and produce clear, actionable reporting.
- Stay close to changes across paid, email, and content channels and bring relevant signals back to the team.
This role is listed for Germany (Juniper DE). Note: the posting states the role is based in London with three days a week in the Old Street office and that the company will also consider candidates who prefer Berlin. For this posting the primary country is Germany and candidates in Berlin are welcome.
About you (who you are)
- Some hands-on experience across at least a couple of marketing channels: paid, email, content, CRM, or similar. You don't need to be an expert in all of them, but you should have done real hands-on work.
- Comfortable with data and metrics: able to use dashboards, form clear hypotheses, and make decisions based on results.
- Good at operating independently: understand goals, plan the path, and escalate only when there is a genuine blocker.
- Collaborative across functions: able to communicate with product, analytics, and creative teams without extensive translation.
- Adaptable when priorities shift and proactive about updating your task list.
- Curious about how businesses work: think about ROI and why a metric moved, not just that it moved.
