About the role (What you'll be doing)
You will bring Juniper's brand to life through high-quality design execution across all channels. Reporting to the Associate Creative Director - Art, your mission is to create visually compelling work that maintains our craft standards, drives commercial outcomes, and elevates the perception of our brand at every touchpoint.
Your role is to translate creative concepts into polished, on-brand design work that performs. You'll create everything from social ads and landing pages to email templates and display banners—ensuring every piece of design feels unmistakably Juniper and meets our high standards for quality.

Key responsibilities include:
- Design Across Multiple Channels: Create high-quality design work for social ads, display, landing pages, email, web, OOH, and other touchpoints, ensuring visual consistency across the funnel.
- Execute Creative Concepts: Work with the Associate Creative Director - Art and Senior Copywriter to bring campaign concepts to life and produce performance-ready assets.
- Maintain High Craft Standards: Ensure everything you create adheres to Juniper's visual identity and craft standards.
- Design for Performance & Commercial Impact: Work with the Performance team to use data and testing insights to iterate and optimise designs for commercial outcomes.
- Bring Creative Ideas: Contribute visual ideas and explore new formats and approaches.
- Adapt for Each Touchpoint: Tailor design approaches to suit channel, audience mindset, and funnel stage while maintaining consistency.
- Move Fast Without Sacrificing Quality: Deliver high volumes of work across campaigns while knowing when to polish and when to ship and iterate.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with copywriters, strategists, and performance marketers to create integrated work.
- Stay Current & Inspired: Keep up with design trends and platform best practices and bring fresh references to the team.
About you (Who you are)
- Experienced Multi-Channel Designer: 2-4 years designing for digital channels—social, display, web, email, and adaptable across formats.
- Creative Thinker: You bring ideas and push concepts further or suggest alternative directions.
- Commercially Minded: You care about conversion rates, engagement metrics, and how design contributes to revenue.
- High Standards: Attention to detail in typographic and visual craft.
- Performance-Minded: Comfortable working with data and using insights to improve creative performance.
- Versatile: Able to design thumb-stopping social ads, conversion-focused landing pages, clean email templates, and impactful OOH executions.
- Brand Guardian: Work within visual identity while keeping work feeling fresh.
- Collaborative: Open to feedback and work well with cross-functional teams.
- Fast Learner: Quickly understand product benefits, campaign objectives, and brand strategy.
- Empathetic & Culturally Aware: Design choices reflect empathy and credibility for a sensitive category.
