About the role (What you'll be doing)
This isn’t an ordinary customer support role. You will be at the forefront of resolving patient issues and delivering high-quality care across e-mail, chat, and inbound or outbound calls.
Your core responsibilities:
- Patient-Centric Problem Solving: Take ownership of patient issues and ensure swift, empathetic resolution.
- Collaborative Partnerships: Work closely with doctors, pharmacies, and delivery partners to coordinate patient care.
- Exceeding Service Targets: Consistently meet metrics such as CSAT, tickets solved, and AHT.
- Process Improvement & Innovation: Identify and implement opportunities to improve support operations through process changes and automation.
- Trend Identification & Escalation: Monitor recurring issues and escalate trends to colleagues and team leaders.
About you (Who you are)
We’re looking for someone with strong problem-solving skills, empathy, and a drive to improve patient outcomes.
- 2+ years of experience in telehealth or healthcare support, customer service, tech support, or other problem-solving roles.
- Strong English written and verbal communication skills and the ability to use different tones with customers.
- Strong attention to detail and proactive anticipation of next steps.
- Experience with customer service software and strong computer skills (prior experience with Mac and Google Suite is a must).
- Interest or experience in healthcare and wellness is desirable.
